In your role as an LMFT with Focus Psychotherapy, Inc., your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting online one-on-one therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing tools to address their mental health needs.
• Facilitating an open space for clients to explore their emotions and personal experiences, guiding them toward meaningful self-discovery and insight.
• Serving as a dedicated client advocate, helping them identify and articulate their therapy goals while providing support every step of the way.
• Assessing and evaluating clients' mental health conditions, then developing tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and supervision to enhance your therapeutic skills and therapeutic techniques.

Your therapeutic practice will focus primarily on stable, low-acuity adults who experience a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and varying life circumstances, and you will be provided with the opportunity to support them in enhancing their quality of life by equipping them with essential coping strategies and tools for success.

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A clean record with no limited or provisional licenses and no disciplinary actions.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy skills to navigate various software platforms essential for remote therapy.

While not mandatory, having experience working with low-acuity clients, familiarity with teletherapy modalities, and knowledge of diverse therapeutic techniques will enhance your candidacy for this role.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
