Job Summary:
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Low-Code Developer to join our Intelligent Automation practice and project teams, focusing on delivering enterprise applications and workflow solutions using modern low-code/no-code technologies.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise workflow and business process solutions using modern low-code/no-code and PaaS platforms (such as Appian, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, etc.)
• Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts during discovery and initiation phases to drive requirements and stakeholder alignment
• Configure and customize platform capabilities to address complex business requirements, including creative solutions for non-out-of-the-box use cases
• Design and optimize relational data models, integrations, APIs, and backend services
• Build scalable integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, messaging frameworks, and cloud-native services
• Leverage modern platform capabilities including AI/GenAI, intelligent document processing, robotic process automation (RPA), conversational interfaces, and data virtualization/fabric concepts
• Support the implementation of AI-enabled solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, knowledge retrieval, and workflow orchestration using enterprise data sources
• Stay current on emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and industry trends, providing thought leadership and recommendations for adoption
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to define and refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Deliver demos and technical walkthroughs to project teams and client stakeholders with professionalism and strong communication skills
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and development standards
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams across low-code platforms and automation technologies
• Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and architecture assessments to ensure adherence to best practices, scalability, maintainability, and security standards
• Assist with platform governance, SDLC processes, DevSecOps adoption, and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across enterprise environments
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, templates, and implementation standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX, infrastructure, security, database, and business teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Engage with client stakeholders and leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into technical solutions
• Support solution estimation, technical planning, and architecture discussions
Qualifications:
Required:
• 5 years of experience delivering enterprise applications using low-code/no-code, BPM, workflow automation, or PaaS technologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more enterprise platforms such as Appian, Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, Salesforce, OutSystems, Mendix, Pega, or similar technologies
• Experience building enterprise integrations using REST APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud services
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
• Strong understanding of application architecture, workflow orchestration, system integrations, and enterprise solution delivery
• Experience with modern UI/UX concepts and responsive application development
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git/version control, automated testing, and DevSecOps practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within collaborative teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred:
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools and/or implementing AI-enabled business solutions
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with modern AI concepts such as LLM integrations, vector databases, RAG architectures, or intelligent automation solutions
• Relevant low-code/platform certifications such as: Appian Certified Senior or Lead Developer, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer, Salesforce Platform Developer certifications, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications, Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, etc.)
