Job Summary Loudoun County Department of Finance and Procurement (DFP) is seeking a highly experienced and motivated analyst to serve as the Grants Analyst for the County's external funding sources. Under the general supervision of the Grants Program Manager, this position will support the coordination of Loudoun County's Strategic Funding Plan, and work with departments' leadership to identify, write, edit, and apply for federal, state, and foundation funding.

This position will regularly work with nonprofit organizations to ensure compliance with grant terms, coordinate site visits, train staff on Uniform Guidance changes, and communicate grant expectations across DFP-administered local grant programs. This position will work closely with grants professionals in the County's grants management system, Euna. This is a hybrid position with some telework opportunities.

Hiring salary is commensurate with experience. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, or related field; three (3) years of related work experience in areas such as grant prospecting or planning, strategic initiatives and policy; grant compliance, report writing and reviewing, project coordination and outcomes; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Contingencies and Special Requirements The successful candidate will undergo criminal and credit background checks.
