BOOKKEEPER / ACCOUNTING & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (ON-PREMISE)
LOCATION: Las Vegas, Nevada
THIS IS AN ON-PREMISE POSITION. REMOTE OR WORK-FROM-HOME ARRANGEMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to support accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative functions across multiple operating companies. This role requires someone who is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Data entry and financial record maintenance
Coordination with outside accountants and professional advisors
Payroll-related administrative support
Preparation and organization of financial reports
Filing, record retention, and document management
Administrative support for ownership and management
Assistance with special projects across multiple businesses
General office management and coordination
Qualifications:
Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability and willingness to work on-site in Las Vegas. This is not a remote position.
