The Opportunity
CACI is looking for a VOIP Engineer to work as part of a collaborative, multidiscipline team in support of U.S. Government and provide
technical expertise in the field of network engineering and VOIP.
Responsibilities
โ€ข Design, implement, and maintain Local and Wide Area Networks (LAN/WAN).
โ€ข Ensure robust and scalable network infrastructure aligned with client requirements.
โ€ข Demonstrate advanced knowledge of TCP/IP protocols to ensure optimal network performance.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to TCP/IP.
โ€ข Engineer and implement voice and video solutions using platforms such as Cisco, Asterisk, and 3CX.
โ€ข Configure and maintain VoIP protocols including SIP, RTP, and H.323.
โ€ข Configure and troubleshoot LAN switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN concentrators.

Qualifications
Required:
โ€ข Strong background in Microsoft Systems Engineering and providing support to those systems.
โ€ข Strong knowledge of virtualization products with a focus on Hyper-V.
โ€ข Proficiency in scripting languages with a focus on PowerShell.
โ€ข Experience with McAfee product suite.
โ€ข Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.
โ€ข Must have knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching, and network architecture planning.
โ€ข Must have knowledge of remote administration and secure Virtual Private Networking.

โ€ข Must have knowledge of VPN technologies, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IP Multicasting
Must have knowledge of voice and video solutions to include Cisco, Polycom, and Avaya configuration management and

skills.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
