Job Responsibilities
- Check in and prep new vehicles for sale; physically and in appropriate systems.
- Manage lot organization throughout the day.
- Support sales team with guest needs.
- Deliver vehicles to off-site locations.
- Consistently conduct closing duties including but not limited to ensuring vehicles are locked, locking building doors and gates, and completing daily tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate your work ethic for future growth positions.
- Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
- Assures that every complete job, whether pre or post-delivery meets dealership standards 100% of the time.
- Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Moderate computer skills, including toggling between systems.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Navigating stairwells to consistently reach inventory.
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Is legally able to work in the United States
- All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license (must be insurable).
