Job description

Sales Tech Assistant

Are you the person people go to when they need something figured out?

We’re looking for an organized, resourceful, tech-savvy problem solver who can help keep our Sales and Marketing teams moving. This is a little bit of project management, a little bit of systems support, a little bit of digital marketing — and a whole lot of figuring things out and getting things done.

This is a great role for someone early in their career who learns quickly, isn't intimidated by technology, loves solving problems, and can juggle a lot of different things without letting details fall through the cracks.

What You'll Do

Support Our Sales Team

  • Be a go-to resource for incoming Sales team questions, requests, and system issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems and solve what you can.
  • When something requires another team member, vendor, or technical resource, get it to the right person — and follow it through until it's resolved.
  • Help test and roll out new tools, processes, and improvements.
  • Look for recurring issues and opportunities to make things easier or more efficient.

Keep Projects Moving

  • Manage projects, requests, and tasks through Monday.com.
  • Make sure tasks have clear owners, next steps, and deadlines.
  • Follow up with team members, partners, and vendors to keep work moving.
  • Identify things that are stuck and help figure out what's needed to get them unstuck.
  • Help turn conversations and ideas into actual tasks and completed projects.

Digital Tasks

  • Build and update website forms.
  • Make website content updates and audit pages for accuracy.
  • Help troubleshoot website and lead-flow issues.
  • Pull reports and help turn the numbers into useful information for the team.

Be Our Utility Player

  • Learn the different platforms and tools our Sales and Marketing teams use.
  • Help document processes and create better ways of doing things.
  • Research solutions when we encounter a new problem.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and partners.
  • Jump into new projects and challenges as they come up.

WE’RE ON THE MOVE!

Big things are happening—our brand-new headquarters is under construction in Caldwell, Idaho! This role will make the move to our new home in 2027. Come grow with us as we build what’s next.

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

We don't expect you to walk in knowing every system we use. We do expect you to be someone who wants to figure them out.

You might be our person if you:

  • Are naturally curious and a fast learner.
  • Love solving problems and figuring out how things work.
  • Are extremely organized and good at follow-through.
  • Can manage a lot of little things while still seeing the bigger picture.
  • Aren't afraid of technology or learning a new platform.
  • Take ownership instead of simply passing a problem along.
  • Know when to keep digging and when to ask for help.
  • Communicate well with both technical and non-technical people.
  • Like variety and don't need every day to look the same.
  • Get satisfaction from checking things off and keeping projects moving.

Experience with AI, Monday.com, CRM platforms, reporting, forms, automation tools, or digital marketing is helpful — but we're more interested in how you think and how quickly you learn than checking every box.

Benefits
