We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to gain valuable hands-on experience while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with buyers, being in the field, and building the skills needed to grow into a successful buyer's agent or listing agent.

As a Showing Agent, you will work alongside experienced agents by showing homes, hosting open houses, and helping buyers through the early stages of the home search process. Through consistent client interaction, mentorship, and real-world experience, you will strengthen your communication, market knowledge, and confidence while learning proven systems that support long-term success in real estate.

You will receive ongoing coaching, training, and support while working within a collaborative team environment focused on helping agents build productive careers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated to learn, enjoys helping people, and wants to build a strong foundation in residential real estate.

Compensation:

$145,000 at plan commissions


Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process
  • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction
  • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
  • Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
  • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
  • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

Qualifications:
  • Present yourself in a professional manner
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
  • A real estate license is required
  • Great communication
  • Sales experience
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Organized with strong time management skills
  • Coachable with a desire to learn and grow
  • Comfortable using real estate technology and CRM systems
  • Motivated to build a long term career in real estate
