Job description

Property Management Technician
Stoneybrook Golf amp; Country Club is looking to fill an opening for property management technician. This is a full-time position working in various areas of our golf and recreational community. Activities include landscape maintenance and occasional installations, daily preparations and maintenance of our club house, tennis, pool, and fitness center facilities. Work can also include projects related to our extensive stormwater system, including wetlands, preserves, and retention ponds. Highly competitive pay, and benefits include health insurance, paid personal time, paid holidays, 401K, uniforms, meal discounts.
Qualifications:
· At least 18 years old.
· Have valid Florida Drivers’ License, good driving record.
· One year of commercial landscape experience in Florida required.
· One year of experience with small equipment (i.e., chainsaw, sprayer, basic lawn tools).
· Experience with large equipment preferred (i.e., front-end loader, skid steer, high lift).
· Basic irrigation repair knowledge up to 4’ diameter preferred.
· Certification in any FNGLA category is a big plus.
· Current FDAC Applicators License or the ability to obtain within 12 months of employment required.
· Bilingual with at least working Spanish preferred.
Physical Requirements:
· Able to work outside during varied weather conditions.
· Able to perform typical physical work. (i.e., bending, stooping, climbing ladders, lift 50lbs).
· Be willing to apply herbicides and pesticides under supervision.
· Work a couple of hours on weekend mornings, on a rotating schedule with other employees.
Requirements:
· Pre-employment background and drug screening tests.
