Job description

BKM is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Marketing Specialist to support leasing and property marketing initiatives across our regional portfolio. This role will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy and presentation of our property marketing platforms while supporting broker and tenant engagement efforts across the company.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, organized, and thrives in a collaborative environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are essential.
This position is 100% in-office. A hybrid schedule is not available for this collaborative role.
The Job Essentials:
Property Marketing & Listing Management
  • Design and produce visual marketing materials that adhere to existing company brand guidelines, including but not limited to event collateral, invitations, signage, flyers, brochures, digital and print advertising, web and email assets, presentation decks, OMs, site plans, floor plans, maps, etc.
  • Maintain and update property listings across various marketing platforms, including Property Capsule, CoStar, LoopNet, and other listing services
  • Ensure property availability, suite information, images, site plans, and marketing materials remain accurate and current
  • Coordinate updates to floor plans, site plans, and suite diagrams as needed
  • Assist with the creation, organization, and quality control of property marketing collateral and templates
  • Upload and manage property photography, videos, and virtual tour assets
  • Oversee new marketing vendor set up, invoice intake and processing, ensuring accuracy and timely payments to vendors and track budgets for property marketing initiatives

Leasing Support
  • Support regional leasing teams with marketing requests and property-related deliverables
  • Coordinate broker email campaigns and assist with property marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain CRM specific to leasing initiatives
  • Track and organize marketing deliverables and deadlines related to leasing efforts
  • Assist with reporting and data coordination related to property marketing activity

Event Coordination & On-Site Support
  • Lead coordination efforts for broker events, tenant appreciation events, and property activations across regional markets
  • Coordinate invitations, RSVP tracking, vendors, signage, giveaways, catering, and event logistics
  • Provide on-site support for events, including setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Coordinate with regional property management and leasing teams to ensure successful event execution

General Marketing Support
  • Support the broader Marketing & Communications team on special projects and departmental initiatives
  • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and marketing files
  • Assist with maintaining brand consistency and quality standards across property marketing materials
  • Other duties as assigned

The Qualifiers:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, property marketing, or related field
  • Experience with Property Capsule, CoStar, LoopNet, or commercial real estate listing platforms strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and current design programs (Canva, Figma)
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Strong digital proficiency and ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
  • Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional events and property support
