What is Looker Studio?

Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio) is a data visualization and reporting tool that allows users to create interactive dashboards and reports using data from various sources. A Looker Studio specialist designs, builds, and maintains these dashboards, helping organizations visualize key metrics and make data-driven decisions. They connect data from platforms like Google Analytics, BigQuery, and spreadsheets, and transform it into clear, actionable insights. These professionals also optimize reports for usability and ensure data accuracy for stakeholders.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Looker Studio specialist?

To excel as a Looker Studio specialist, you need expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and a background in statistics or computer science. Familiarity with Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio), SQL, Google BigQuery, and data integration tools is typically required, along with relevant certifications. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills help you interpret data and convey insights effectively. These competencies are crucial for turning raw data into actionable business intelligence that supports informed decision-making.

What are common challenges analysts face when building dashboards in Looker Studio, and how can they overcome them?

Analysts working with Looker Studio often encounter challenges such as integrating data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, and creating dashboards that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Overcoming these challenges requires strong skills in data modeling, attention to data governance, and regular collaboration with business users to understand their needs. Leveraging Looker Studio's robust data connectors, applying best practices for data visualization, and participating in team review sessions can help ensure dashboards are both accurate and actionable.

Job description

Position Title: VP of Marketing. Location: Castle Rock, Colorado. Employment Type: Full-time | Hybrid Work Flexibility. Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually. Posted: August 10, 2026.

About the Role

Robinson & Henry, P.C., one of Colorado's fastest-growing law firms, seeks a VP of Marketing to take full operational ownership of the firm's marketing function. This is a build role, not a maintenance role: the VP will lead an experienced in-house team and add performance and analytics capability alongside it, own a substantial multi-million-dollar paid media program, and construct the attribution architecture that connects every marketing dollar to a signed client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the firm's paid media program end to end, including Google Ads (Search, Display, LSAs, Performance Max), Meta, and the outside media agency relationship
  • Build and maintain full-funnel attribution: UTM taxonomy, dynamic phone tracking, offline-conversion feeds, GCLID/LSA matching, and multi-touch reporting
  • Develop marketing dashboards and key performance metrics for client-acquisition cost, fee growth, and lead velocity
  • Grow revenue while lowering cost per acquisition across practice areas, including contingency-fee matters
  • Lead process improvement, automation, and marketing systems optimization
  • Partner with the firm's development team on landing-page, conversion, and self-service digital experiences
  • Partner with executive leadership on growth strategy, budget planning, and organizational scale
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a quantitative field; MBA or proven equivalent experience a plus
  • 10+ years in demand-generation or performance marketing
  • 3+ years in a senior-leadership role at a B2C company (legal, healthcare, home services, or a similar high-ticket vertical)
  • Ownership of an annual media and head-count budget of at least $4 million, with demonstrated success scaling revenue while lowering cost per acquisition
  • Fluency in full-funnel attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy, dynamic phone tracking, Google and Meta offline-conversion feeds, GCLID/LSA matching, multi-touch reporting
  • Hands-on mastery of Salesforce, Looker Studio/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and call-tracking platforms such as CallRail
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and performance-manage cross-functional teams across creative, analytics, and operations
  • Experience presenting clear ROI cases to ownership and the leadership team
  • E-commerce or digital-product experience (subscription, self-service, or transactional funnels) preferred but not required
Why Robinson & Henry?
  • We treat marketing as a strategic driver of the business, not a support function.
  • Transparent, competitive salaries and annual raises
  • Discretionary annual leadership bonus
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k)
  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and paid sick leave
  • Career advancement with real management and skill-building paths
  • Work-life and workload balance, with capacity assessed proactively

Application Deadline: Friday, September 4, 2026.
