• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of students, utilizing evidence-based practices to inform treatment plans tailored to individual cases.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to foster emotional resilience and coping skills among children and adolescents.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that adheres to HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance.
• Engage in collaborative care alongside teachers, school administrators, and other mental health professionals to create cohesive strategies for supporting students.
• Conduct regular check-ins and follow-up sessions with students and their families to monitor progress and adapt treatment approaches as needed.
• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions to enlighten students, educators, and parents on mental health issues, resources, and prevention strategies.
• Stay informed on current mental health research and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of your interventions and support overall student well-being.

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues. Your expertise will support both individual therapy and group settings, enabling you to impact the lives of students in meaningful ways.

• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Colorado, showcasing your dedication to professional standards.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, reflecting your strong educational foundation.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly in providing psychotherapy to youth populations.
