Proficiency with advanced avionics, weapons targeting systems, and communication equipment is typically required. Situational awareness, teamwork, and decisive problem-solving are critical soft skills for excelling in high-pressure missions. These qualifications ensure safe, effective, and coordinated operation of complex equipment in demanding environments.
