Founded in 2015, the company serves a collection of seven world-class owned venues and a client roster of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions, spanning four continents.
Position Summary
The Beverage Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting, servicing, and maintaining all beer systems throughout CSU Canvas Stadium. This includes portable bars with draft cocktails, draft beer portables, canned beer bars, grab-and-go locations, and long-draw draft systems with towers located across concession stands on both the concourse and premium levels. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include maintaining draft systems, supporting product distribution, and ensuring compliance with all company and regulatory standards.
This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00 to $20.00 and is tip eligible.
Benefits for part-time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. Also, OVG provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
This position will remain open until July 17th, 2026.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain availability for all seven (7) CSU home football games, including select Friday evenings and Saturdays (schedule provided in advance).
  • Provide on-site operational support during all CSU home football games.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on all draft systems, including jockey boxes, draft portables, and draft towers throughout the stadium.
  • Partner with Concessions, Warehouse, Operations, and Premium Managers to communicate equipment needs, issues, and operational concerns.
  • Assist warehouse runners with keg deliveries, including tapping and untapping kegs during events.
  • Support the delivery and stocking of packaged products, including building IRPs and preparing pallets for game days.
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with OVG and Colorado State University policies and procedures, including alcohol service regulations, food safety standards, and workplace safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws related to alcohol service.
  • Reports any compliance or safety concerns to the Concessions Manager promptly.

Qualifications
  • Availability to work both daytime and evening shifts, including all home football games.
  • Prior knowledge of draft beer systems is preferred.
  • Basic mechanical and electrical aptitude is a plus.
  • Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, including exposure to varying weather conditions and walk-in cooler environments.
  • Professional appearance and adherence to company grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Strong ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and follow established policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated reliability, including punctuality and flexibility to work extended hours as needed.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects often throughout the workday.
