Description
As the HR Administrator, you will be the front line of M2's Human Resources function - the first point of contact for candidates, new hires, and associates with day-to-day HR needs. You will keep recruiting coordination, on-boarding, and HR administration running accurately and on schedule, while helping build the culture that keeps the M2 Family engaged. You should relish the opportunity to engage and interact with associates daily and be ready to wear a series of different hats as the need arises.
The Position
  • Screen candidates and coordinate the interview process; schedule interviews and track candidate status
  • Prepare offer letters, noncompete documentation, and other recruiting paperwork for the HR Generalist's review
  • Participate in on-site recruiting events as needed
  • Assist with recruiting reports (attendance, new hire, turnover) as requested
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files
  • Perform on-boarding of all new employees, including coordinating with the training team
  • Process required paperwork and update UKG for employee transfers, changes in job classification, and salary increases
  • Prepare and maintain accurate personnel forms, records, and files, and handle highly confidential material in the Human Resources department
  • Plan and run M2's culture calendar - seasonal outings, leagues, the annual cookout, and food days
  • Own employee recognition programs, including service anniversaries and milestone gifts
  • Support semi-annual offsite meeting logistics
  • Maintain core HR administrative systems and records: phone report, org chart, key fob access, and business cards
  • Support finance-related HR coordination, including invoicing and system access requests
  • Serve as a general point of contact for associates on HR policies and procedures; assist with Human Resources projects as needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
  • 0-2 years of HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform preferred
