Position Overview
Industrial Logistics Group is a temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics provider seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers and drivers, ensuring efficient coordination of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and process incoming truck drivers, ensuring timely check-in and dock flow
  • Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups and deliveries
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate updates regarding shipment status, scheduling changes, and order details
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records, including driver logs, shipment documentation, and customer communications
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and on-time order fulfillment
  • Address routine issues, escalate concerns as needed, and contribute to smooth daily operations

Qualifications
