Job description

ISCAR, a dynamic and innovative cutting tool company, is seeking a Logistics Representative to support day-to-day order, inventory, and vendor coordination activities.

This role partners with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to help ensure accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and strong operational support.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and helping operations run smoothly. You’ll play an important role in keeping orders moving, supporting internal customers, and improving day-to-day processes.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams regarding purchase orders, logistics updates, and order status.
  • Prepare purchase orders, update sales orders, and process invoice receipts using trained judgment.
  • Monitor vendor performance and resolve order discrepancies to help ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Update and maintain internal systems with accurate order and inventory information.
  • Respond to requests promptly, typically within the same business day.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to support operational effectiveness.
