MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Planners to join our team in Dallas, TX, Oahu, HI, and Guam .
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Authorizes, plans, and coordinates the overarching technical execution of logistics planning studies and validates the accuracy of multidepartmental sustainment models across public and private sector configurations
• Serves as the final authority for investigating enterprise planning discrepancies and approving complex root cause analyses to address strategic distribution gaps
• Formulates long-range logistical policies and establishes rigorous performance baselines to optimize organizational readiness metrics
• Authorizes and validates the synchronization of theaterwide distribution activities, surface husbandry requirements, and multimodal transit coordination with critical joint, component, and expeditionary command partners
• Leads high-level strategic assessments of theater resource utilization and approve Tactical Maneuver Plans to protect logistics lines of communication in contested settings
• Delivers expert-level briefings and strategic optimization papers to senior leadership to systematically mitigate regional sustainment gaps
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff

Minimum Qualifications:
Expert Level
• Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of position-relevant experience
• Experience in formal document approval and acting as the final Technical Authority for logistics planning
Senior Level
• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of position-relevant experience
• Experience in formal logistics oversight and leading technical root cause analysis for sustainment disruptions
Desired Qualifications:
Expert Level
• Experience with DoW logistics planning tools (e.g., JOPES or SMS)
• Knowledge of USSOCOM expeditionary logistics and joint theater distribution systems
• Proficiency in Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) development and analysis .
Senior Level
• PMP certification
• DAWIA Level III in Life Cycle Logistics or equivalent
• Experience with USSOCOM or PACOM JOPES/JET and TPFDD management
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Must possess active Secret clearance

Physical Requirements:
  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication which may involve delivering presentations
