The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Tourist Mobility Las Vegas (TMLV), ensuring operational excellence across delivery logistics, fleet readiness, inventory management, warehouse operations, customer service, and field support functions. This role leads the day-to-day execution of the Las Vegas operation while supporting the overall business objectives of the mobility rental division.

The Operations Manager directly oversees Driver Technicians and Equipment Technicians, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs), delivery expectations, guest service standards, and operational performance metrics are consistently achieved. This position works closely with operational leadership to support business growth, maintain strong hospitality partner relationships, and deliver a high-quality guest experience throughout the Las Vegas market.

This role requires a hands-on operational leader capable of balancing hospitality expectations, routing logistics, team leadership, inventory accountability, and service recovery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily operations for mobility rental services including ECVs, wheelchairs, and strollers throughout the Las Vegas market. 
  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable Driver Technicians and Equipment Technicians to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence. 
  • Manage daily routing, dispatching, delivery scheduling, pickups, and service responsiveness across resort and hospitality partners. 
  • Ensure all equipment is cleaned, inspected, maintained, charged, and guest-ready prior to deployment. 
  • Monitor fleet readiness, equipment utilization, inventory levels, and operational demand to minimize downtime and service interruptions. 
  • Oversee warehouse organization, equipment staging, and inventory control processes. 
  • Respond to operational escalations, guest concerns, property issues, and service recovery situations in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Maintain strong working relationships with resort, hotel, and hospitality partners while ensuring service expectations are consistently met. 
  • Support operational budgeting initiatives, labor management, cost controls, inventory oversight, and revenue protection efforts. 
  • Assist in monitoring operational KPIs, labor efficiency, delivery performance, equipment availability, and customer satisfaction metrics. 
  • Partner closely with leadership to support operational initiatives, staffing strategies, process improvements, and business objectives. 
  • Oversee safe loading, unloading, transportation, and handling procedures involving box trucks, vans, mobility equipment, batteries, and related inventory. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, safety standards, and applicable DOT regulations. 
  • Maintain operational reports, maintenance records, inventory documentation, and service tracking logs. 
  • Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, corrective action, and performance management of operational team members. 
  • Support after-hours operational escalations and urgent service-related matters as needed. 
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities focused on efficiency, guest satisfaction, equipment readiness, and service quality. 
  • Assist with additional operational duties, projects, and leadership initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of operations, logistics, hospitality, transportation, warehouse, field service, or service-based leadership experience.
  • Prior experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing scheduling, dispatching, routing, inventory, or operational service expectations.
  • Ability to lead teams while maintaining a strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
  • Comfortable working in both office and hands-on operational environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing operational demands.
  • Experience handling customer escalations and operational problem-solving.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational systems.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobility rentals, hospitality operations, logistics, transportation, valet operations, route-based services, or service-focused field operations preferred. 
  • Experience managing small fleet or route-based operational teams preferred. 
  • Familiarity with Las Vegas resort, hospitality, or guest service environments strongly preferred. 
  • Experience with inventory management, equipment tracking, and warehouse operations preferred. 
  • Basic mechanical or mobility equipment repair knowledge preferred. 
  • Experience working with service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance metrics preferred.
