Job Title Manager: Logistics Operations 


Job Summary:

The Operations Manager leads day-to-day operations across transportation, warehouse, logistics, inventory management, and fleet management teams. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining inventory processes, developing leaders, and building scalable systems to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate combines hands-on floor leadership with strategic thinking, utilizing data and Lean principles to optimize performance and shape future-state operations within a high-volume distribution environment.

• Solid Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:


Operational Leadership

• Lead end-to-end operational excellence initiatives, including process standardization, automation, and digital transformation.

• Implement and sustain 5S disciplines to promote workplace organization, efficiency, and a high-quality customer experience.

• Deliver consistent results across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.

• Optimize inventory accuracy and logistics routing to improve supply chain performance and reliability.

Basic Requirements:
