Job description

Job Responsibilities We are seeking a highly analytical, operations-focused professional to lead the Logistics and Operations team and to support geospatial analysis, logistics, and space planning across multiple campuses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Lead the Logistics and Operations team, manage budgets, procurements, contracted services, and supplies. * Develop and maintain geospatial maps, models, and data to support planning, decision-making, and operational efficiency * Analyze facility and usage data to optimize space for classrooms, labs, and offices across campuses * Coordinate logistics operations, including the movement of materials, inventory management, and delivery scheduling * Oversee shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution processes to ensure timely and effective operations * Manage systems used to track assets, deliveries, and inventory across multiple locations * Create reports, maps, and presentations using geospatial and operational data * Provide leadership and direction to staff and coordinate operational and support personnel * Support procurement, budgeting, and contracted services * Assist with emergency preparedness and response efforts, including on-call responsibilities Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate degree with relevant work experience, or an approved equivalent. Relevant fields include Geography, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Preferred Qualifications Experience with GIS analysis and modeling, logistics planning, or space utilization. GIS certification and experience supervising operational or warehouse teams preferred.
