Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics (3PL) provider offering a comprehensive range of supply chain solutions. Through an experienced management team and advanced technology, LINC delivers customized logistics services that drive efficiency and cost savings for its customers.

This position is based in Memphis, TN, supporting a major Walmart operation. The facility operates as a cross‑dock, managing product sorting, trailer loading, and transportation scheduling.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Managing cross‑dock operations, inventory, and workflow
  • Leading strategic planning, process improvement, and problem‑solving initiatives
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Interacting daily with the customer to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Directly managing 2 Supervisors and 60+ hourly associates
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the customer and/or Facility Manager

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • 3+ years of management experience in warehousing, distribution, or transportation
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
