YOUR ROLE
Are you known for your leadership skills? Are you passionate about helping an operation run smoothly? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to lead and oversee warehouse floor employees in their daily job functions.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
  • Provide support and coordination to management.
  • Manage a variety of records, electronic and paper. Generate reports.
  • Communicate with a variety of sources including the customer via fax, email, paper, telephone and in person.
  • Lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers, ensuring operations are running properly.
  • Perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management staff.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED; Minimum one year experience in manufacturing or warehouse with shipping and receiving experience. Leadership experience preferred. LEAN Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen, 5-S Knowledge preferred.
  • Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications. Accurate typing skills and/or data entry skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Characteristics: Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in demanding environments with tight deadlines. Responds promptly and professionally to customer needs. Ability to lead projects and others. Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities.
