Stratolaunch is a technology accelerator that engineers operationally realistic testing at Mach 5+. Our air-launched, Talon testbeds are reusable, cost-effective platforms that enable routine access to the hypersonic environment. We deliver flight data critical to validating system performance and achieving rapid technology deployment. Together with our customers, we drive innovations that are imperative to advancing national security.
Job summary:
Stratolaunch is seeking a detail-orientated and driven Logistics and Integration Intern to support our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to procurement processes, operational planning and logistics, with vendor coordination critical to maintaining operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform logistics and administrative job duties relating to hypersonic missions within the continental U.S and overseas
  • Oversee and help manage travel plans, itineraries, and agendas for Stratolaunch deployment teams with up to 50 members
  • Liaising and contract negotiating with vendors
  • Working closely with internal procurement teams to ensure appropriate contract terms are met and followed
  • Manage projects independently and in teams
  • Using strong organizational skills, perform and prioritize multiple tasks with conflicting needs.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within mission operations

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Aerospace, Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Self starter
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Base salary and leveling are established on a case-by-case basis. We consider several factors to ensure a competitive offer, including your location, educational background, and a comprehensive assessment of the skills and experience demonstrated during your interviews.
