Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Program Management Analyst to provide comprehensive analytical and operational support across a range of federal program functions. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in program analysis, procurement support, logistics, and cost analysis, capable of delivering actionable insights that drive informed decision-making. This individual will thrive in a collaborative environment while demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
The Senior Program Management Analyst will support program leadership by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data and information critical to the successful execution of program objectives. This individual will provide senior-level analytical support across procurement, program planning, logistics, and cost analysis functions, ensuring that program activities are well-coordinated, accurately documented, and aligned with contract requirements.
Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Collect, review, and analyze program data and information to support program leadership in decision-making and reporting.
  • Provide procurement support, including assisting with acquisition planning, tracking procurement actions, reviewing solicitation documents, and coordinating with contracting personnel.
  • Support program planning activities, including the development and maintenance of program schedules, milestone tracking, and the preparation of program plans and documentation.
  • Conduct program cost analysis, including monitoring expenditures, analyzing budget variances, and preparing cost reports and projections for program leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics activities in support of program operations, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of resources, equipment, or personnel as required by program needs.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain program documentation, reports, briefings, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track program performance metrics, identifying trends, risks, and areas requiring attention and providing recommendations for corrective action.
  • Support the development and maintenance of program management tools, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date program information.
  • Assist in the preparation of program status reviews, executive briefings, and other meetings with government clients and internal leadership.
  • Coordinate across functional teams, subcontractors, and government stakeholders to facilitate information flow and ensure alignment on program priorities.
  • Identify and document program risks and issues, supporting the development of mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure all analytical work products are completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with program quality standards.

Education and Experience:
Required:
  • Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent program management credential.
