• Conduct thorough assessments to gain an understanding of each client’s unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches, aimed at promoting personal growth and overall well-being.
• Set specific therapeutic goals and systematically monitor client progress toward achieving these objectives, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical or logistical challenges, maintaining quality of care in a virtual format.
• Document client information meticulously to meet ethical and professional standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and facilitating continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to enhance your skills in the therapeutic landscape.

Our client population ranges from children and adolescents to adults, each facing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our therapists utilize a strengths-based approach, focusing on building resilience and equipping clients with effective coping strategies. By addressing each client’s distinct situation, we work collaboratively to help them achieve their mental health goals.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
• Proven excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients on a meaningful level.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude essential for building trust in therapeutic relationships.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills to effectively balance client schedules and documentation.

We prefer candidates with experience in outpatient settings, particularly those familiar with telehealth practices. Specializations in trauma-informed care or other specific therapeutic modalities are considered an asset that enhances our breadth of services. A history of working with diverse populations will also be valued.

Impireum Care Consultants offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
