• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to deliver personalized, evidence-based interventions, aimed at promoting emotional growth and resilience.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure they are on track to achieving these objectives.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for students facing logistical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training sessions and workshops, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of school-aged children and adolescents who face various mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Your compassionate approach will help them navigate their emotional struggles, providing them with the tools they need to succeed both personally and academically.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A strong foundation of empathy and a non-judgmental attitude essential for creating a safe therapeutic space for clients.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and an ability to manage time effectively within a busy client schedule.

• Experience working in a school-based setting or with children and adolescents is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and platforms will be beneficial in this remote role.
• Proficiency in utilizing various therapeutic models tailored to the unique needs of youth populations.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience level. Our compensation package also includes exceptional benefits, such as:
