Office Operations & Dispatch for Trucking Company
Location: Brook Park, OH
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 11AM-7PM
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00/hour (based on experience).

We’re a fast-paced, family-run logistics company serving Northeast Ohio with a focus on reliability, customer service, and operational excellence. As we grow, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to jump in, solve problems, and support the team every day.
Position Overview:
As our Office Operations, you’ll play a vital role in keeping shipments moving and on time. This is a blended position that combines customer communication, shipment processing, and light warehouse coordination. You'll work closely with our dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse team to ensure every shipment is accurate, documented, and on time.
What You’ll Do:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the right team member.
  • Schedule residential deliveries and confirm accessorial details.
  • Respond to customer emails and follow up with updates or paperwork.
  • Maintain delivery and inventory logs for key accounts.
  • Enter shipment details into our system with precision.
  • Match, file, and scan daily delivery paperwork (BOLs, PODs, etc.).
  • Follow up with drivers on missing documentation.
  • Assist the warehouse supervisor with daily flow and follow-through.
  • Step in to support admin teammates when needed.
