Job description

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making sure nothing falls through the cracks? ATSNUC, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our team in Manitowoc, WI.

In this role, you'll serve as the organizational hub of our nuclear gauge service and calibration operation. You'll coordinate equipment moving through the facility, maintain accurate documentation, communicate with customers, support quality processes, and help ensure equipment is serviced and returned on time.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in operations coordination, customer service, logistics, project coordination, administration, quality systems, or related fields who enjoy managing multiple priorities and driving processes forward.

What You'll Do

As a Service Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate equipment throughout the service and calibration process from arrival through completion.
  • Log incoming equipment into tracking systems and maintain accurate status information.
  • Monitor workflow and identify jobs requiring follow-up, customer approval, additional testing, or parts.
  • Coordinate activities between service, calibration, shipping, and outside testing providers.
  • Review records, documentation, service reports, and shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain equipment traceability and support compliance with quality and documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with customers regarding equipment status, scheduling, approvals, and service updates.
  • Coordinate customer pickups, drop-offs, outbound shipments, rentals, and equipment transfers.
  • Support inventory management, purchasing activities, vendor communications, and supply replenishment.
  • Perform routine calibration of radiation survey meters after completing company-provided training.
  • Assist with invoicing, quotes, purchase orders, scheduling, and other operational documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.
