The Role

In a small family office, no two days are identical. You will wear several hats, keeping our daily customer service and logistics running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Calling existing customers for orders and building long-lasting, positive relationships over the phone.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Managing stock levels, creating purchase orders with vendors, performing inventory reviews, and managing warehouse transfers.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Organizing efficient routes for delivery trucks.
  • Administrative Cross-Training: Supporting core office functions, with opportunities to train in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
