As the primary point of contact for our event participants, you will own the entire registration lifecycle. Your goal is to deliver a seamless, welcoming, and high-efficiency arrival experience. You will manage data, resolve system issues, and provide top-tier customer service before, during, and after our conventions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage Pre-Event Registration: Administer online portals, handle group bookings, and process exhibitor or sponsor ticket packages.
  • Support Attendees: Answer inquiries regarding ticket fees, scheduling, and hotel logistics via phone and email.
  • Lead On-Site Check-In: Greet guests, scan digital confirmations, process walk-up payments, and print name badges on demand.
  • Distribute Event Materials: Hand out corporate swag, programs, lanyards, and directional guides smoothly.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Update database records, track real-time attendance metrics, and compile final post-event reports.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Solve scanner malfunctions, resolve payment platform errors, and handle registration discrepancies quickly.
