Job description

OneSource Building Technologies (OSBT) provides telecom solutions to large-scale national and international global service providers. We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator with at least 1 year of experience The Logistics Coordinator serves as a critical link between our physical supply chain and our digital tracking systems. In this role, you will ensure end-to-end inventory visibility by managing shipment workflows while performing precise picking and kitting tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional capable of seamlessly coordinating physical logistics with IT staging protocols.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Systems Management:
    • Maintain real-time accuracy in Inventory Management Software (IMS) and other digital tracking tools.
    • Monitor and update shipment statuses to ensure stakeholders have visibility in the supply chain.
    • Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Pick & Pull: Accurately pull items from warehouse locations based on digital pick tickets.
    • Kitting: Assemble multiple components or products into ready-to-ship "kits" according to specific project requirements.
    • Package Preparation: Securely pack and label shipments to prevent damage and ensure compliance with carrier standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Communicate daily with the Operations Team to prioritize outbound shipments.
    • Coordinate closely with the IT Staging Team to ensure hardware or technical components are tracked and moved into the staging environment on schedule.
    • Report system discrepancies or hardware issues to the appropriate internal teams immediately.

· Help and other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, technology, or other related fields preferred

· Must be organized with the ability to multi-task efficiently

· Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail & organizational skills

· Experience with shipping carries preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

· Advanced experience in Excel

· Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
