Pay: $22/hr

Location: Novi, MI

Are you an experienced logistics or warehouse professional with a background in automotive manufacturing? Do you enjoy keeping materials moving, solving inventory challenges, and working in a fast-paced environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

We're looking for a PC&L to play a key role in supporting prototype vehicle builds by ensuring materials, inventory, and shipments are accurate, organized, and delivered where they're needed—when they're needed.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and customers.
  • Receive prototype components, tooling, and production materials.
  • Deliver materials to production work zones to support prototype builds.
  • Maintain accurate inventory using SAP.
  • Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and investigate inventory discrepancies.
  • Review inventory adjustments and help improve inventory accuracy.
  • Manage returnable containers and packaging programs.
  • Generate shipping documentation and coordinate shipments.
  • Support warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow company quality, safety, and environmental standards.

What We're Looking For:

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field plus 3+ years of automotive logistics/material flow experience

OR

High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of automotive logistics/material flow experience

  • Recent forklift experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience with SAP inventory management
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory control
  • Ability to read Bills of Material (BOMs) and interpret work orders
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification
  • Experience with Material Planning & Logistics strategies
  • Knowledge of Cim Database (CDB)
  • Automotive prototype or manufacturing experience
