The Logistics Manager has oversight of the day-to-day operations of the NYC center, collaborating with the Worldwide Sales organization to coordinate logistics and support the planning of briefings. • Quality Control: Maintain process efficiencies and oversee BriefingSource quality control, including survey and evaluation cadences.

• Engagement Lifecycle: Own Logistics Requests and Pre-brief Calls as defined in the NY CXC Process.

o Assume ownership for "CXC Meetings," which will include virtual and or on-site Demo only request, which will be assigned by Engagement Manager.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Partner with internal teams on specific needs that may include printing of agenda, information on offerings and prioritization.

• Operational Projects: Contribute to center-wide projects and process improvements as needed.

• Technical Proficiency: Webex fluency and SFDC awareness.

• Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Problem Solving: Effective problem solving and the ability to meet hard deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Professionalism: Customer service or Sales experience with a commitment to "white-glove" delivery and excellent follow-through.

• Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity, self-motivated, and a strong collaborator dedicated to the team's overall success.
