Job Details:
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hours per day / Monday–Friday
Location: New York City, NY 10017
Job Type: Local contract
Contract Length: 3 month+ possible extension

Pay Range: $20.00/hr. to $24.00/hr.
*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
Duties:
  • Conduct routine inventory counts across assigned supply areas and maintain established par levels.
  • Order supplies through inventory management systems such as Helios to maintain appropriate stock levels.
  • Monitor inventory and proactively order depleted or out-of-stock supplies.
  • Identify alternative products when requested items are unavailable.
  • Monitor backorders and communicate critical supply needs to management.
  • Identify fast-moving and overstocked items and take appropriate action.
  • Recommend adjustments to par levels based on departmental needs.
  • Process supply returns and Return Authorization requests as required.
  • Ensure orders contain accurate quantities, account numbers, expense codes, cost centers, dates, and locations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost containment and recommend process or purchasing improvements.
