Logistics & Warehouse Manager - On Site in Morristown, TNMission of the role & responsibilities

Manage all warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation operations for the Morristown facility.

Lead, develop, and evaluate logistics and warehouse team members, ensuring workload priorities and performance expectations are met.

Oversee domestic and international shipments, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Credit, Production, Quality, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing and execution.

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex shipping, inventory, and order-related issues.

Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics vendors to optimize service, cost, and performance.

Oversee inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory accuracy initiatives, and FIFO compliance.

Develop shipment forecasts, transportation plans, and logistics strategies to support customer and business requirements.

Monitor and report key performance indicators, including on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and freight costs.
