Job description

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Warehouse Associate positions in Kohler, WI This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as an Warehouse Associate, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and store incoming tools, equipment, and inventory while verifying quantities and identifying any damage or discrepancies.

  • Organize and maintain inventory by accurately labeling, sorting, and stocking materials in designated storage locations.

  • Issue tools, equipment, and supplies to employees and maintain accurate records of all items checked out and returned.

  • Update inventory records using computerized inventory systems and document any stock discrepancies or inventory issues.

  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock replenishment activities to maintain accurate inventory levels.

  • Deliver tools and equipment to work areas and help locate lost, misplaced, or overdue items.

  • Inspect tools and equipment for wear, damage, or defects and report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 months of experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, logistics, tool crib, or material handling environments.

  • Ability to load, unload, pick, pack, move, and organize inventory safely and efficiently.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory and documentation records.

  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and inventory counting.

  • Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills with a safety-first mindset.

  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, walking, bending, lifting materials, and working flexible shifts, overtime, or weekends as needed.
