Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Logistics Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Renton, WA. This full-time role is ideal for a professional who enjoys variety, independence, and a hands-on mix of inside sales, office coordination, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
The Logistics Manager will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by supporting customer orders, vendor communication, inventory coordination, and outbound shipments. This position offers a balanced schedule with approximately 60% of the time focused on inside sales and office work, and 40% focused on warehouse and logistics responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inside sales support, including preparing quotes, processing orders, and communicating with clients and vendors.
- Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory organization, shipping, receiving, and logistics activities.
- Track orders, schedule transportation, and communicate with factories, vendors, and carriers to support on-time delivery.
- Prepare shipments, organize stock, maintain accurate inventory flow, and keep the warehouse clean and efficient.
- Independently open the office at 7:30 AM and close at 3:30 PM, ensuring daily operational tasks are completed.
- Support smooth communication between office, warehouse, vendors, clients, and transportation providers.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour.
