Job description

The IMAC Logistics Technician is responsible for managing the storage, inventory, preparation, shipment, installation, movement, addition, change, and disposal of IT equipment. This role ensures IT devices are properly tracked, prepared, and delivered to end users efficiently and securely.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Receive, store, organize, and maintain inventory of IT equipment, including computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Perform inventory tracking, audits, and reconciliation to ensure accurate asset records.
  • Inspect and perform quality checks on IT devices before deployment.
  • Prepare, package, and ship equipment to remote customers and deployment locations.
  • Resolve shipping, inventory, and equipment-related issues promptly.
  • Perform daily IMAC/RD activities: Install, Move, Add, Change, Remove, and Dispose of IT equipment.
  • Support equipment deployments, relocations, replacements, and decommissioning activities.
  • Update asset and service records accurately using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
  • Coordinate with IT support teams, customers, vendors, and logistics partners as required.
  • Follow company procedures for asset handling, security, shipping, and disposal.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure equipment storage area.
