THE ROLE:

The Retail Logistics Manager (RLM) is responsible for delivering operational excellence across the U.S. retail logistics network. Through continuous improvement, proactive risk mitigation, and strong cross-functional collaboration, both internally and externally, the RLM ensures products reach customers efficiently while driving process optimization and business performance.
Through building strong partnerships across the business and with external suppliers, the RLM influences outcomes, aligns priorities, and resolves complex challenges ensuring a reliable flow of products across the retail network.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Lead key distributor and logistics partnerships, working closely with distributors and internal teams to ensure reliable product flow, service levels, and execution across the U.S. and Canada retail network.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating logistics processes, systems, and performance data to improve inventory management, fulfillment, service, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze supply chain performance and emerging risks to develop recommendations that support business decisions, cost optimization, and future growth.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across Ben & Jerry's and the Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and support strategic priorities.
  • Provide strategic supply chain support to EU Ops/SC teams, including but not limited to pricing strategy and 3rd party relationship management.
  • Ensure supply chain systems and processes can support U.S. growth goals and plans and advise Global Head of Scooping on opportunities, needs, and challenges.
  • Strategic and tactical management of Magnum Ice Cream customer ordering platforms
  • Lead projects that strengthen retail supply chain capabilities, support franchisees' success, and improve operational performance across the retail network.
  • Manage supply chain planning, service levels, budgets, issue resolution, and vendor performance to ensure a high level of operational execution.
  • Support the Global Head of Scooping in key business initiatives, including project management, franchise communications, annual franchise meetings, and business systems support.
  • Effectively integrate the retail supply chain with the broader TMICC and Ben & Jerry's supply chain organizations to ensure alignment, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Serve as the retail logistics subject matter expert, providing guidance, resolving complex operational issues, and building trusted relationships with franchisees and internal stakeholders.

  • Has minimum of 5 years ofsupply chain, business partnering, or project management experience inretail or a similar field.
  • Has a Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, retail management, orrelatedfield.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $88,600 to$133,000.The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC)takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
