NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – LOGISTICS

LOCATION: BAKERSFIELD, CA.

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a National Account Manager – Logistics responsible for managing strategic relationships with key national customers. This role is responsible for growing revenue, strengthening customer partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal operations teams to ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of logistics, transportation, freight, or supply chain industry and a proven track record of managing large customer accounts. Additional Info What You Will Need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight, supply chain, sales, account management, or a related industry.
  • Proven experience managing large or national customer accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, account management, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, transportation services, and supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or similar business tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across departments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer locations, industry events, and other business meetings as required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a driving record that meets company policy, insurance, and DMV requirements.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment screening consistent with applicable state and federal law.

Benefits

Starting Wage: $90,000 - $95,000 / Yearly
