As an MT Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Operations:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service for Enterprise clients.
  • Build relationships with Clients through constant contact and advocacy by offering advice, solutions, and proactive issue management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with clients.
  • Monitor, improve and report upon key performance indicators including financial performance of accounts and team productivity.
  • Conduct market research to proactively communicate industry trends that will impact a client's business.

Management:

  • Identify and develop talent through coaching, mentoring and performance management
  • Provide operational excellence by training, developing, and managing your team on a daily basis.
  • Coach team members to grow and succeed in their roles.

The Operations Manager position is well-suited for you if you are:
