We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop warehouse teams, drive operational excellence, ensure inventory accuracy and safety, and optimize productivity while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced 3PL distribution environment. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, with overtime as needed.

  • Supervise and develop the performance of your team through effective training, coaching, and motivational strategies

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide timely feedback to team members
  • Implement strategies to ensure the highest quality of work, optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, and meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Ensure safe operations and healthy environments for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors
  • Ensure shipments are accurate and free of damage, product is counted, and all necessary records and reports are completed accurately and on time
  • Help maintain the security of the warehouse and assure the integrity of inventory
  • Implement continuous improvement action plans
  • Be flexible to work overtime and perform other responsibilities as needed

What we would like you to bring
  • 3-4 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management discipline or manufacturing.
  • Successful record of accomplishment in leadership and supervising the work of team members.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement.
  • Previous Operations leadership in a distribution or manufacturing environment is needed.
  • WMS experience of 2+ years.
  • At least 4-5 years as someone in a distribution/manufacturing environment.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
