Description:

Lead a Team at a well-established, successful, and growing Wholesale Distributor in Boise, ID. We are a company that has been distributing high quality products with customer excellence to our customers for over 100 years and still going strong. We are looking for a Leader/Manager who can lead the Branch and the Team forward with continued growth and success. 


Responsibilities:

1. Branch Operations

a. Accountable for daily office, warehouse, delivery operations, personnel management, and customer relations. 

2. Leadership and Team Development

a. Provide strong leadership and management to ensure team accountability and alignment with our culture.

b. Mentor, coach, and train Team personnel on SOP’s, responsibilities, and our culture of customer service.

3. Inventory and Fleet Management

a. Collaborate with our Purchasing and Inventory Control Department to maintain optimal inventory levels.

b. Work with our DOT Fleet Coordinator to ensure driver safety and required fleet maintenance. 

4. Sales and Customer Service/Relations

a. Work closely with our Sales Team to drive growth and superior customer satisfaction.

5. Safety and Compliance

a. Promote and enforce safety policies and compliance requirements

6. Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with other team members and promote strong collaboration with direct and open communication. 


Full-time position: 

M-F, 7:30am-4:30pm+ with overtime as required to perform all job requirements. 

Compensation:
