Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Dispatcher to join our Operations team. In this role, you will help coordinate daily driver operations, communicate with drivers and customers, resolve issues in real time, and support efficient delivery schedules. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers.
What You’ll Do
  • Dispatch and communicate with drivers regarding schedules, routes, and delivery updates
  • Resolve, document, and escalate driver and customer concerns in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers to support retention and engagement
  • Provide professional customer service to drivers, customers, and vendors
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous trucking dispatch experience preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn multiple software systems
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
