We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate transportation operations, monitor deliveries, and ensure efficient movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and experience managing drivers, routes, and shipment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and equipment to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor shipment progress and provide real-time updates to customers and management.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
  • Communicate with drivers regarding route changes, traffic conditions, and customer requirements.

  • Resolve transportation issues, delays, and customer concerns promptly.
