Overview
The Condado Collection is a collection of hospitality properties in Puerto Rico ranging from classic and modern luxury full-service hotels, to fine dining and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities- Manages guest requests, coordinating logistics, and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Coordinate and follow up with all guest requests accordingly and in a timely manner.
- Plan the daily butler operation.
- Assign Butlers to their corresponding areas.
- Contact arriving guests prior to arrival and coordinate guest requests as needed.
- Identify and flag arriving guests accordingly.
- Be knowledgeable in all Guest Services Areas and able to assist if needed.
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and services to assist guests.
- Monitor service delivery and ensure adherence to hotel standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement service protocols.
- Handle all duties according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.
- Be knowledgeable about daily hotel operations, check daily event sheets, bulletin boards and be up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support teams to reach common goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

- Previous experience in a hotel or similar role.
- Able to lift heavy objects (50 pounds)
- Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, holidays and weekends.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
