Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate to join our team in San Bernardino, CA. As a Logistics Associate, you'll be responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation, and shipping of all customer orders, while supporting material handling and inventory accuracy.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Manually pick full-case orders and stacks them onto pallets using a scanner/tablet
  • Ensure proper staging and identification once an order has been completely picked
  • Use various pieces of equipment (manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack, reach truck and propane lift) to move pallets
  • Verify quantities, quality of items and proper labeling of products that are being shipped
  • Examine all packaging and contents of items for quality
  • Verify all packaging information against the packing list and SAP
  • Coordinate with other departments such as customer service, production, instant and small pack
  • Manage shipping box assembly, induction for packaging and label preparation/application
  • Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets
  • Identify items with a quantity discrepancy and promptly communicate with Supervisor and/or Lead
  • Maintain the 5S cleanliness of the picking area and pull completed shrink-wrapped orders to the dock for packers
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies
  • Follow all warehouse procedures and policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Details:
Plant Location: San Bernardino, CA
Work Week & Shift: Multiple options available, depending on business need
  • 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:00pm
  • 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 1:30pm - 10:00pm
  • 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30pm - 6:00am

Compensation: $24.00 / hour + $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift OR $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$24.00 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
