Position Overview: Reporting to the Business Operations Logistics Lead, the Logistics Associate supports the Logistics team, ensuring that products are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. In addition, the Logistics Associate is also responsible for scheduling general service requests. The Logistics Associate is a key contributor to the Business Operations team as they keep the flow of business moving forward.

Success in this role requires strong organization and time management skills, effective communication, ability to work in a team-oriented environment, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Success in this role is achieved through the combination of accuracy, display of efficiency, and proactivity.

Key Outcomes:

Execute daily logistical operations of sales orders:

  • Process and manage all incoming email and web purchase orders
  • Create jobs and collect all needed documentation
  • Coordinate payment terms, shipping details, and fulfillment logistics
  • Generate pack slips
  • Submit vendor orders / fulfill from inventory
  • Coordinate vendor fulfillment obligations
  • Submit packing slip for lead / manager approval
  • Process all incoming web orders

Execute daily logistical operations of service scheduling:

  • Coordinate service scheduling flow with lead / manager
