Role Description The Entry-level Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin) is a full-time, on-site role based in Inglewood, CA. This position assists with coordinating import and export shipments, preparing and reviewing shipping documents, and communicating with carriers, vendors, and customers. The coordinator will track shipments, update internal systems, and resolve routine logistics and documentation issues. Daily responsibilities include data entry, maintaining accurate records, supporting customs and compliance processes, and providing service-oriented responses to inquiries in both English and Mandarin. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effective routing, and adherence to company pr
